This little bakery is called Hinkel and is in the ‘Altstadt’ (old town) of Düsseldorf, Germany, where I recently bought some delicious sweets. I wish I had enough room in my luggage to bring back some of that tasty bread. Here’s my last post on bakeries.

What beautiful shots! Now if only they could invent a way to send smells over the internet, I can only imagine the deliciousness wafting through the air there!
Wow! This is a great photograph–and it does look like a fabulous bakery! Very cool!
Beautiful photos! I LOVE YOUR WORK! First of all, I am not a professional photographer. I am a school teacher who likes to take pictures and likes to write! I would be interested in your opinion of macro (close-up) lenses for the Canon…I have a Canon 10D, but wind up shooting my FUJI FinePix S5700 more often than not, because of the macro glass. I am really looking to buy either a new lens for the Canon or the latest FUJI with comparable macro glass, faster processor and more megapixels. I tend to favor shooting flora and fauna (as opposed to landscapes and portraits), I really like flowers and bugs… but do shoot the other genres when I run across them! Any suggestions?
