Well, at least THIS man’s best friend. Caught this man and his dog while walking through Brooklyn – both were completely content sitting on the doorstep of their house and pursing their favorite activity – reading and people watching.

Love this! Great capture.
It’s so true that people look just like their dogs – mine’s a shaggy, black haired, short legged mutt – hmm – only some of these traits are true of me! Love the way this captures total contentment…..the ultimate companionship.
Yes – owners/parents and pets do begin to approximate each other, especially the longer they live together. That’s why we love them so much.
They do seem to be wearing the same expression…
They certainly do, but I only realized that when I reviewed my pictures later that day. Lucky coincidence!
