Elkhorn, MT: a deserted mining town 45 minutes of unpaved roads off of I-90. Truly off the beaten path. But worth it – lots of dilapidated buildings that, if they aren’t haunted, should be.

  1. Beautiful! Been through a couple of these kinds of old mining towns in the Arizona area… you did a great job capturing it. So I’ll be the first to make the notion that you should pass on the corporate world and start doing photography full time…

    So what you doing in Montana already? Though you were going to hang the hat in Seattle a few days?
